Figured I'd start you all off with one of my favorite bands of all times newest record. Electric Wizard is from Dorset, England and they play some downright sick Doom/Sludge Metal with just the right amount of Black Sabbath worship involved. They also have by now as a band developed an awesome B-Horror movie side being highly influenced by H.P. Lovecraft and 70's Horror Flicks. As I said this is their newest release if you'd like to dig deeper into their catalog I'd recommend "Dopethrone" and "Come My Fanatics". This record is by far their most mature and was recorded with all vintage recording equipment from the 70's and it shows. They do a good job of telling Lovecraftian tales through their music on this record with songs like "Dunwich". More people should really like this band by now.
